He is the CEO and Managing Partner of Victor Okpeva And Company, a firm of professional Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

He holds the following credentials:

• Graduated in 1996 with BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from OAU. Ile-If
• Associate Member, Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuer (NIESV).
• Registered Member, Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
• Full Member, Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria (CIAN).
• Professional Member, NIESV Faculty of Auctioneer

He worked with Diya Fatimilehin & Company as a Valuation Surveyor and also; as Head of the Valuation Department of JideTaiwo & Company, Ikeja Branch Office for seven years. He later joined Wale Aderibigbe & Company as a Partner in charge of Valuation.  He gained great experience from the wealth of experienced and seasoned estate surveyors from these reputable firms for over 13 years before establishing the firm of VICTOR OKPEVA & COMPANY in 2010.
